She is also a Yoga Instructor (RYT500), Reiki Master, Doula. She is an intuitive, highly sensitive, gifted person, who is also a wife, a mama and a daughter.

Sand Tray Facilitation
A therapeutic technique that uses sandbox and miniature items to help people express thoughts, emotions and inner worlds in a nonverbal way. I have been trained in this technique and want to bring it into this healing space with support for processing as a group.
Monthly Rituals, Meditations, & Inspirations
Monthly rituals, ceremonies, guided meditations or channeled medicinal poems based on the monthly themes, or inspired conversations from our gatherings.
